The Allentown artisan pizza shop run by Brian and Jess Macker opened at 446 N 15th Street in September 2026, giving the city its first brick-and-mortar home for pizza that the couple has been serving for about six years as a vendor at local breweries, wineries, and distilleries. The takeout shop is fully open for pickup and delivery.

Local Stone makes artisan pizza with 72-hour cold-fermented dough and a mix of imported and locally sourced ingredients. The shop is set up for takeout and delivery, with online ordering available for pickup and delivery. It is the first permanent location for the Mackers, who previously built a following as a mobile pizza vendor at venues around the Lehigh Valley.
