Chinchorro by La Frikitona Opens Its First Brick-and-Mortar Restaurant in Palmer Township
Welcome to the neighborhood, Chinchorro by La Frikitona. Armando and Yesenia Rodriguez, the owners of the popular La Frikitona food truck, opened their first brick-and-mortar restaurant in September 2026 at 2600 William Penn Highway in Palmer Township, just outside Easton. The fast-casual spot serves authentic Puerto Rican cuisine for dine-in and takeout.
What They Offer
The menu carries the same Puerto Rican favorites that built the La Frikitona food truck following, including tostones, mofongo, sancocho, canoas, pastelillos, empanadas, jibarito sandwiches, and loaded fries. The Rodriguezes plan to keep running the food truck at public and private events alongside the new restaurant, so fans of the truck can find them in both places.
