Bubbakoo's serves a customizable menu of burritos, tacos, bowls, quesadillas, nachos, and taco salads, plus signature items like the Burrito Taco Trio and the Burritodilla, with desserts such as miniature churro bites. Hours run from 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily. To celebrate opening day, the first 50 guests making a qualifying purchase received a year's supply of free burritos, one free burrito per month for a year.
