Birriaholic Is Returning to Downtown Bethlehem
Welcome back to downtown Bethlehem, Birriaholic. The family-owned Latin-fusion restaurant specializing in birria tacos announced in October 2026 that it will return to the city at 444 Main Street, sharing space with Lost Tavern Brewing's Bethlehem taproom. The new location is expected to open in late October or early November 2026.

Birriaholic serves its fresh birria creations, including beef and chicken birria tacos, birria empanadas, and birria egg rolls, with sides such as fries and fried sweet plantains. The restaurant previously operated at 81 W. Broad Street in Bethlehem before moving to Allentown, and its current Allentown location at 545 Cleveland Street will continue to operate as normal.

The new Bethlehem location is planned for 444 Main Street in downtown Bethlehem, the home of Lost Tavern Brewing's taproom, which operates within the Moravian Book Shop. Co-owners Lina Cardona and Almonte announced the return in October 2026, with an expected opening in late October or early November.
